Pinterest Friday: Fall Kick-Off!

As embarrassed as I am to do this...I'm going to do it anyway.  Over the summer, as I began organizing my closet, I found that I seem to waste a lot of my time shopping on a whim.  I tend to buy items I like, regardless of their practicality, which usually means they will eventually end up on my ebay to sale list or unused and overlooked in my closet.  I don't know about you, but I tend to gravitate toward a few items I am comfortable with rather than maximizing what I have.  To break this habit, I decided it may be worth a shot to start shopping with a little help from my Pinterest boards.  What are they there for anyway?  Right?

First things first, I am not a fashion blogger (as if you didn't know).  But I am a mom and a working girl that likes to look put together and half way decent (when I get the chance).  My goal, is to take an outfit I would like to have, use what I have (or perhaps add a few budget friendly pieces) that allow me create a similar style...  So here goes!  

Mama Style
Up first...a perfect way to slide into the fall season.  This first pinterest inspiration comes from "Merricks Art."  I love her style choices, check her out!  

Can I just say how in love I am with these orange jeans:)  I can't believe I found a pair!  I think I may wear them out this fall.  I didn't have any Mary Janes to match, so decided to go with boots and without the scarf for now.  But will definitely try that in the future:)

And for Cam...I always love a little Pinterest Inspiration in the challenging world of styling a little boy.  This fall, he will be living in his moccs, leggings, and holiday tees.  And when it's cold enough, he will definitely have a cute little beanie!  Not to mention rocking his absolutely, cute-as-a-button, spikey daddy do;)
